“I know why they’re here…” Apple TV has unveiled a first look teaser trailer for Invasion – Season 3, the next exciting season it this streaming sci-fi series. We also posted the trailer for Season 2 back in 2023, and this next season is ready for launch in August this year – exactly two years later. Continuing with new eps weekly to keep the tension going throughout the season. Have you been watching already? The characters from Invasion are finally brought together to work as one team on a critical mission to infiltrate the alien mothership. The ultimate apex aliens have finally emerged, rapidly spreading their deadly tendrils across the planet. It will take all heroes working together, using their experience & expertise, to save the species. The third season of Invasion stars returning cast members Golshifteh Farahani, Shioli Kutsuna, Shamier Anderson, India Brown, Shane Zaza, and Enver Gjokaj; and introduces new series regular Erika Alexander. Each new season of this series looks even bigger and crazier and more thrilling than the last! They’re really going all out with this fighting scary aliens story. Invasion follows an alien invasion through different perspectives around the world. In Season 3, those perspectives collide for the first time, as all the main characters are brought together to work as a team on a critical mission to infiltrate the alien mothership. The ultimate apex aliens have finally emerged, rapidly spreading their deadly tendrils across the entire planet. It will take all heroes working together, using their experience and expertise, to save the human species. New relationships are formed, old relationships are challenged and even shattered, as an international cast of characters must become a team before it’s too late. Invasion is a series created by and written by Simon Kinberg (director of X-Men: Dark Phoenix and The 355 / producer / writer on many X-Men movies) and David Weil (creator of “Hunters” / director of a few “Solos” episodes). The writers and directors for Season 3 have not been announced completely yet. Executive produced by series creators Simon Kinberg and David Weil, plus Audrey Chon, David Witz, Alik Sakharov, Dan Dietz, Katie O’Connell Marsh, Nick Nantell. Inspired by H.G. Wells’ classic novel “War of the Worlds” first published in 1898. Apple will debut the first episode of Season 3 of Kinberg & Weil’s Invasion starting on August 22nd, 2025, followed by new episodes releasing weekly. Ready to fight for the planet?
