CinemaBlend was able to catch up with the duo, and they fortunately confirmed they’re not tired of talking about the movie.
I wouldn’t have blamed the actors if that were the case considering how often I’ve heard the Napoleon Dynamite quotes or seen someone recreate that iconic dance scene. Despite that, Jon Heder said doing live shows centered around the breakout movie is great, and talked about it being similar to stand-up comedy:
I don’t because like the show we’re doing tonight, you know, it’s, it’s you always have these new audiences. So every time you’re telling the same story, anybody whose a comedian loves it, they can tell the same jokes over and over and over. To a fresh audience. You’re telling these stories, you’re telling these quips and anecdotes, and it feels fresh and so you don’t get too tired of it.
