Kristen Stewart played a part in one of the most beautiful cinematic weddings in the Twilight saga. And though it was aesthetically immaculate, the people who showed up for her character Bella Swan made it even more touching. Thankfully, Stewart can thank long-time pal Emma Roberts for showing up for her and the laid-back but intentional Los Angeles wedding ceremony. And lucky for us, we can thank the American Horror Story actress for a small snippet of the quiet spring event.
Roberts shared a collection of photos from April to her Instagram page, entitled ‘pieces of april,’ and the first features the now-married Stewart. The friends are shoulder to shoulder, in their low-key but killer looks, smiling big (the actress and director always knew what she’d like to wear to her wedding). The bride is in an offbeat but stylish two-piece printed matching set and the celeb guest was in a fun pink and burgundy striped sundress of sorts. Take a look for yourself below:
confirmed Meyer and Stewart’s marriage, which revealed just a moment from their day. Roberts’ pic is on a similar playing field, but it does showcase more detailing of the new Mrs.’ attire (which could influence many future engaged couples–Stewart’s bold red carpet looks have changed the game before). My favorite part of the photo, outside of the great getups, is how happy they both are–that’s the loving Alice Cullen energy we were all hoping for this loca on her real big day.

Everything about the day seemed perfectly aligned for the newly married lovebirds, including the friends like Roberts hyping them up. My favorite time to visit Disneyland might be during Dapper Day. I like to dress up, and I like to go to Disneyland, and Dapper Day lets me do both at the same time. Other people, however, like to dress more casually, and some people, it would seem, try to avoid wearing much clothing at all.
Last week video of a woman being arrested in the Esplanade of the Disneyland Resort made the rounds on Instagram. While it’s unclear why she was being detained, it’s possible that it might have had something to do with her clothing, as the woman is bordering on topless; she appears to be wearing overalls, but with nothing whatever underneath them.
Walt Disney World. The story got so much traction, ostensibly from people who took it at face value and believed it was true, that Snopes actually addressed it.
I’m not sure how anybody honestly believed a story that topless women were going to be allowed inside Disney Parks, but some people really do believe everything they read. Others are just willing to believe everything they read that gives them a reason to be mad at Disney.
Of course, people wearing nothing, or close to it, is honestly not a new phenomenon at Disneyland or Walt Disney World. There have been a surprising number of issues with naked people at Disneyland, and we’ve seen countless incidents of people attempting the Disney Parks’ “t-shirt hack” by intentionally wearing something that violates Disney’s dress code in an attempt to get a free shirt from a Cast Member. Sometimes it has worked, but most of the time they just won’t allow you in the park until you change.
For that reason, it seems unlikely that the woman’s lack of clothing here is the reason she was arrested, at least not directly. She might have been barred from entering a park because of it, or removed from one if she was seen after she came in. But that’s likely where things would have been left if this were only a dress code issue. If, however, there was an altercation with security after the initial problem, that might have led to things becoming more serious.
Being arrested on property almost certainly means the woman has also been banned from Disneyland. Wear whatever makes you happy when you visit Disneyland, but remember, toplessness from anybody is not permitted at any Disney Parks. No matter what the internet says.

The Righteous Gemstones completed its four-season run this past weekend, evoking bittersweet feelings. After all, it’s not often that we see a comedy go out at what may be the peak of its success. The final season is filled with strong performances from A+ guest stars like Michael Rooker and Megan Mullally, and there was even a monkey involved in a storyline. Even series co-creator and co-lead Danny McBride was surprised by what he and his team pulled off, including convincing John Goodman to be part of a 69 joke.
Goodman teamed up with McBride for The Righteous Gemstones, I don’t imagine he thought he’d one day do a wild sex scene with co-star Megan Mullally. McBride actually heard some chatter about how Goodman reacted when he found out about it. Ahead of that, however, he talked to Deadline about what a dream it was to collaborate with the A-lister:
It was awesome working with him. Honestly, it’s one of my favorite elements to this whole show. I just grew up idolizing John Goodman and always have thought he’s awesome, he’s such a good actor, he’s such a funny comedian. I’ve always appreciated his choices that he’s made in his career, and it felt unreal to walk onto the set with him. And you’re watching him and he’s saying your words and he’s bringing things to it that you didn’t anticipate. I just think he’s such a special person, and it was great.
For four seasons, John Goodman played the great Elijah Gemstone as a well-mannered preacher, which is a far cry from how he portrayed Dan in The Conners’ final season. While it seems Danny McBride forged a firm working relationship with Goodman, he still couldn’t believe was able to get the veteran actor to sign off on having a sexual act be his running joke of the final season.
There’s no shortage of John Goodman movies, with crazy moments, that are worth checking out. However, The Righteous Gemstones might be the project with one of his wildest scenes in his acting career. Danny McBride talked about scripting in the scene in which the Gemstone children walk in on their father “69ing” Lori Milsap, and how Goodman allegedly responded to it:
I would have never imagined when I was a kid that I would be an adult trying to talk John Goodman into like 69ing someone on camera like that, something in my life I never imagined happening. I remember when he first got to Charleston this season, there were rumors that he had walked into the production office and was just saying, ‘No on Proposition 69, no on Proposition 69!’
The actor allegedly brought it up to the production team in a big way but ultimately went through with the scene. With that, the season subsequently featured jokes about Elijah Gemstone being a big fan of that one specific sex act. I’m not sure if it’s any worse or about the same as Baby Billy actor Walton Goggins needing a “dick double” for his scenes, but, man, just contemplating it makes me appreciate how rare of a show The Righteous Gemstones is.
As for what Danny McBride plans to do now that the televangelist comedy is over, that’s up in the air. I know I’m already ready to watch his next HBO follow-up, but the actor confirmed he was taking a break. It feels like that’s for the best, considering how tough of a series this will be to follow up, unless he pitches an Uncle Baby Billy spinoff. The Gemstones will hopefully not be forgotten as time goes on (but I’m sure that those who’ve seen that “69” scene will never forget it).

The Righteous Gemstones is available to stream on Max along with Danny McBride and David Gordon Green’s other collaborative projects. I would highly recommend Eastbound & Down and Vice Principals to anyone who hasn’t seen it yet, especially if they enjoy the raunchy humor of this latest show.
When you look back at the Final Destination death scenes, you’d think they’ve come up with every morbid accidental death possible. Then, when the Final Destination Bloodlinesteaser revealed a gnarly kill at a piercing store, it looks like Death still has creative ways to kill off the franchise’s lead characters. While the opening scene of Final Destination 6 reveals a fiery blaze on top of the Skyview Tower, the upcoming horror movie apparently broke a “world record” during filming that I find morbidly impressive.
We’ve seen fire play a role in the Final Destination movies, from seeing the passengers of Flight 180 engulfed in flames or the ridiculous death scene in The Final Destination when Carter is set on fire after being hooked to and dragged by a driverless tow truck that randomly flames up. Final Destination Bloodlines includes a flashback to 1969, which shows the crowded Skyview Tower catching fire before collapsing. Director Zach Lipovsky told EW that apparently a “world record” was achieved with a retired stunt performer achieving a maneuver that’s never been attempted before:
We lit so many different people on fire, including breaking the world record for oldest person on fire with Yvette Ferguson, who did that full body burn in the silver dress. That was the oldest person ever on fire, on camera.
2025 movie release will find its way in there.
If you’re curious who the brave “oldest woman on fire” is, her name is Yvette Ferguson. The former stuntwoman/actress was pulled out of retirement at the age of 71 to play Mrs. Fuller in Final Destination Bloodlines. Before Skyview Tower goes down, Mrs. Fuller catches fire inside its restaurant before it collapses.
While I have no idea how Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein pitched their horror flick to the retiree, I guess you can’t say no to showing the world you can be engulfed in flames onscreen and live to tell the tale in real life. Brec Bassinger, who plays Iris in the flashback, commended Ferguson for her fire-blazing scene, where she said everyone clapped for her. Well deserved!
It appears that the Final Destination franchise’s sixth movie plans to become a standout. The previous five movies contain the same plot of trying to cheat Death after receiving a premonition of future grisly accidents, but Bloodlines has been trying to change the way Death works. While we don’t know for sure how yet, there will apparently be a different layer to the Rube Goldberg device that maybe has a better way of surviving Death’s door.
We’ve never seen throughout the franchise that Death existed so far back in the ‘60s. As Iris survived the Skyview Tower explosion, she could be the key to teaching her granddaughter and her peers how to survive it like she did.

How morbidly impressive is it for a 71-year-old stuntwoman to come out of retirement and show she’s still totally on fire (literally)? With that remarkable “world record,” Yvette Ferguson sets the bar for stunt performers and shows that age doesn’t define what you can handle. Make sure to catch her graphic death scene in Final Destination Bloodlines in theaters on May 16th.
The superhero genre continues to be popular, and fans are eager to see what James Gunn is planning for the DC with upcoming DC movies. The new shared universe will get its big screen debut with Gunn’s Superman movie, which will feature the title character’s super powered dog Kypto. That characters 3D model was based off the filmmaker’s dog, and he recently posted a hilarious picture of the pet freaking out over his onscreen self.
What we know about Superman is limited, but it’ll be here before we know this summer. Krypto was scene-stealer in the Superman trailer, but it turns out that James Gunn’s dog Ozu isn’t a huge fan. He shared a video on Instagram of the little guy angrily barking at Krypto on the screen. Check it out below:
Ozu was the inspiration for Krypto, that doesn’t mean that the filmmaker’s pet is a fan of the flying pooch. By Gunn’s comments in the video, Ozu is actively trying to “murder himself”, since the DC character’s model is based off of him. I guess there’s only room in this town for one of them.
Superman will be the debut movie for Gods of Monsters, which is the name for the first slate of DCU projects. That includes live-action movies and TV content, as well as animation and video games. In fact, the new shared universe kicked off with the animated series Creature Commandos (streaming with a Max subscription).
While fans are eager for a longer trailer for Superman, the limited footage has proven that Krypto is going to be a serious scene stealer in the forthcoming blockbuster. It should be interesting to see how he’s used in the story, but Gunn has had great success bringing adorable characters to like such as Baby Groot.

The fact that James Gunn used his own dog’s likeness to bring Krypto to life makes a great deal of sense for those who have been following his career. The acclaimed filmmaker is known for putting his unique POV into his films, such as the music in Guardians of the Galaxy. Even Gunn’s dance moves were used to bring Groot to life in the second film. So why wouldn’t his dog serve as inspiration in this way?
There are a ton of questions about what’s going down in Superman, and how the blockbuster will influence future projects in the new DC Universe. Fans are eager to see if the new franchise will improve upon what was done with the DCU, especially where its related to crossovers and shared storytelling.

Shannon Sharpe currently finds himself embroiled in a lawsuit involving sexual assault claims. A Jane Doe, who the 56-year-old athlete-turned-media personality allegedly had a relationship with, is filing suit against him for tens of millions of dollars. All the while, Sharpe denied wrongdoing but also stepped away from his ESPN duties for the time being. The public continues to discuss his legal woes in the meantime, and comedian Mo’Nique is now sharing her two cents, especially given that she tried to advise Sharpe last year.
The three-time Super Bowl winner has been accused of sexual assault by a woman he reportedly met in Los Angeles in 2023 when she was 20 years old. Jane Doe is accusing the former Undisputed co-host of raping her twice, once in October 2024 and again in January 2025. She also claims the podcaster “threatened to choke and slap” her and engaged in tactics of intimidation, manipulation, and abuse.” The woman has yet to be formally identified, but rumors on that front seemed to fuel Mo’Nique’s recent comments.

Mo’Nique has never been one to mince words on a given topic, whether it be her own stardom or her issues with Oprah Winfrey and others. It’s more than evident that the Oscar winner isn’t too pleased with the former Denver Bronco’s situation. As for her mention of race, that seemingly alludes to rumors that Jane Doe is a younger white woman. That’s yet to be confirmed, as of this writing. Regardless of that specific detail, the First Take pundit’s dating preference clashes with what Phat Girlz star previously told him.
How Did Mo’Nique Try To Advise Shannon Sharpe During An Interview?
In 2024, Mo’Nique appeared on Club Shay Shay (as shared on YouTube), which famously produced that viral Katt Williams interview from the same year. During Shannon Sharpe’s chat with the Precious star, they discussed the topic of dating. The actress bluntly told Sharpe that he should take his “old ass” and find someone that will “love” him. She also mused that he needed an “old, fat girl” who would cook and care for him, with Sharpe responding with laughter. She also added:
You don’t need no 26-year-old girl. You don’t need no 36-year-old girl. This is your auntie talking to you. Take your old ass and get you an old bitch out there that can love you old. You trying to hang out with these young bitches, you can’t do it Shannon, you just can’t do it!
While the celebrated tight end’s personal life continues to be discussed, many also seem to be wondering about his professional future. He was gradually becoming a fixture at ESPN, which he joined following his drama-filled exit from FS1. He also garnered attention at the Disney-owned networks for a few reasons as well. Early on, viewers made jokes due to him mistakenly referring to co-host Stephen A. Smith as “Skip.” Also, he and Smith turned heads by clapping back at colleagues who criticized their media coverage.
As it stands, it remains to be seen just how this situation will play out for Shannon Sharpe. In the interim, it’s possible that the general public will continue to discuss the lawsuit he’s facing.
